A Future Worth Voting For

Running for a historic third term was a decision I weighed heavily with my cabinet. We've faced a lot of adversity throughout terms one and two but our resolve and drive to continue to work for the people of Los Santos is as strong now as ever.

A constituent recently asked my cabinet and I a simple, but important question:

“Why do you do it?”

Long hours. Low pay. Countless pieces of passed legislation, and countless more that will never see the light of day. Interdepartmental challenges, and little recognition.

For me and my cabinet, it's never been about the money, the notoriety nor the

accolades. The time and effort we've invested - much of which is never seen, is a testament to the passion, care and commitment to building up Los Santos county - not for ourselves, but for you.

With the judicial and legal arm of San Andreas working towards stability, my administration can now shift our attention to the Kortz Center - the future of commerce in Los Santos County.

The Kortz Center will be a beacon for commerce, collaboration and comradery with fully equipped stalls, event and gathering space and a full-service digital portal.

For a future worth for, #VoteNino2025.

THE FUTURE OF BUSINESS

Our primary focus for term 3 will be establishing and expanding the Kortz Center. We worked feverishly through term 2 to secure the Kortz Center facility, construct the space, and build a fully custom online portal to bring the Kortz Center to life. If elected, we’ll open the doors to the Kortz Center but it won't end there. We’ll listen to the feedback of the people to expand and improve the Kortz Center to ensure needs are met, and exceeded.

OVERSIGHT AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Without oversight, there is no direction. Without accountability, there is no progress. If elected, we intend to implement county hearings, where public servants can be summoned and questioned by a panel of elected officials and experts to ensure due process is afforded, and individuals are held accountable.

TERM 3

SUPPORTING PARTNERS

With the Department of Justice experiencing heavy turnover, and Blaine County slated to usher in a new administration, we’re committed to an open-door policy and welcome any and all opportunities to work collaboratively with our colleagues at the DOJ, SAMA, and BCMO to not only continue to build a better Los Santos, but support them in their efforts as we jointly build a brighter future across the entirety of the State of San Andreas.

EXPANDED LEGAL SUPPORT

If elected, we intend to support the lawyers of Los Santos. Everyone deserves qualified representation, and we recognize the time and effort lawyers put forward during every cell rep and court case. We intend to establish a framework where all lawyers and public defenders receive a subsidy - beyond their wage - for the time and effort they spend on cases.

MOONSHINE

With the recent legislative changes to moonshine in Blaine County, we need to adapt. We plan to introduce legislation that establishes a foundation for the creation, sale, purchasing, and distribution of moonshine and other spirits in Los Santos County to ensure this market can be explored safely by the citizens of Los Santos County.

RE-ESTABLISHING THE FOUNDATION

In term 2, cracks began to appear in the legislative framework of San Andreas. As the curtain was peeled back, the extent of the issues was evident. Through our efforts, the Legislative Proposal and Approval Process is being completely rebuilt - fairly. In term 3, we’ll direct those same efforts to other pieces of legislation, to ensure the system (1) functions, (2) makes sense and (3) is fair.
